The wait to pickup a car was more than 3 hours. I left and went to another company, was out of there in 15 minutes. Budget did nothing to get the line moving quicker, they didn’t even communicate with anyone. 3 hours!!! And it was like this a few months ago too. Never again.

The drop off and pickup area is a little hard to navigate but the process was really smooth otherwise.
