Cheap Car Rentals in Croissant Park, Fort Lauderdale from RM 160

This was the 4th or 5th time I was charged for gas when I returned the tank completely full. I've used Fox for more than 30 rentals over the years, but this was my very last. Not because of the fuel issue, they've gotten out of hand with the post-rental charges, and miscommunication. If you're going to, without notice, later charge my card for a slew of fees then at least be consistent. Sometimes I am charged fees and surcharges, sometimes I am not. Sometimes the return is fine, sometimes I am charged for non-existent damage. Get it together.

I was overcharged from what i was told with no explanation i will call my credit card company to dispute . Will NEVER use fox again it is a fraudulent company.

The insurance didn't cover anything, and we almost shoud have bought everything from the list, that we would have been secured from robbery, collision, ext.

After making a reservation as well as confirming the reservation with a phone call and speaking to an agent on the phon, my rental car was not there. Upon arrival I was told my rental car was not available and they were not able to provide a rental car for me. It was a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend the company to anyone and I won’t use them again.

Fraudulent business . Advertise fake low pricing to get people to spend money, but they add extra fees making the total $200 + more than advertised. AVOID !

Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere. Hidden fees and horrible customer service!

Industrial sort of sketchy neighborhood. Felt like a scam with last minute undisclosed required insurance purchase despite personal insurance and purchasing insurance coverage at time of booking.
